CRUEL WORLD

It’s no doubt we are living in a cruel world
A world full of serpents who live in the wild
A world ruled by the minority
While the weak are the majority

Where did we go wrong?
Who brought this evil into our universe?
Siblings turn against each other
To an extend of causing harm and death
Reason being property, land or love
Who’s to be blame the cause of this pain?

Where did the humanity go?
The cops have now become more criminals than cops
The people whom we depend to keep us safe
Are now turning against us
Whom do we turn to in terms of danger, fear and unrest?
Let God intervene during this difficult times

Let’s be our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers
All we need is love
We are all equal before God and humanity
Let’s hold hands and condemn these vices
And make our world a better place for our children and our children’s children.
